Can I book a same-day cleaning?

Same-day availability depends on your location and current demand. We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance to ensure availability, but check our online scheduler for same-day openings.

How do I reschedule or cancel?

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment through your online account or by contacting us. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid any fees.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Most clients give us a door code, leave a key, or arrange building access. Your cleaner arrives, works the checklist, and locks up when done. Our teams are fully bonded and insured.

What does a standard cleaning include?

Every cleaning includes dusting all accessible surfaces, vacuuming all floors and carpets, mopping hard floors, kitchen cleaning (countertops, stovetop, sink, appliance exteriors, microwave interior), bathroom sanitizing (toilet, shower/tub, sink, mirrors), emptying trash, and general tidying.

How long does each cleaning take?

We schedule approximately 1 hour per bedroom for our professional cleaners. A studio or 1-bedroom typically takes about 1 hour, a 2-bedroom about 2 hours, and a 3-bedroom about 3 hours. Times can vary based on the condition of the home.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

No. We bring absolutely everything needed including eco-friendly cleaning products, a professional-grade vacuum, mops, microfiber cloths, and paper towels. This is all included in our flat-rate pricing.

Do you use eco-friendly products?

Yes, we default to green, eco-friendly products that are safe for children and pets. If you prefer stronger chemicals for certain areas like kitchens and bathrooms, just let us know and we can accommodate that request.

What do you NOT clean?

We do not offer steam cleaning, carpet shampooing, or laundry (unless added on). Our flat rate does not account for post-construction cleanings, hoarding situations, or large party cleanup. For insurance reasons, cleaners cannot lift objects heavier than 30 pounds or clean bodily fluids, mold, or biohazards. We do not clean exterior areas, fireplaces, or exterior windows.

Will I get the same team every time?

Yes — that's the default. Your cleaner learns your home, your preferences, your quirks. Continuity is one of the biggest things clients love about us.

How is pricing determined?

Our pricing is based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home. Enter your zip code on our booking page to see the exact flat-rate price for your home. The price you see is the price you pay, regardless of how long the cleaning takes.

How is your pricing flat-rate — what's the catch?

No catch. Your price is based on home size (bedrooms + bathrooms), not hours. It's the same every visit. No surprise fees, no 'oh we need another hour' upsells.

Are there any hidden fees?

Absolutely not. The price you see when booking is the total price. All supplies, travel, and team costs are included. There are no surprise charges.

Do you require a contract?

No contracts, ever. You can book a one-time cleaning or set up recurring service and cancel anytime with no penalties.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards online. Payment is processed after your cleaning is complete.

Are your cleaners background checked?

Every single one. National criminal background check plus sex offender registry. We also verify identity, right to work, and professional references before anyone cleans a single home.

Are you bonded and insured?

Yes, fully. We carry complete bonding and insurance for every team. This protects both you and our cleaners in the unlikely event of any incident.

What is your guarantee?

We offer a full service guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any part of your cleaning, we will provide a refund or send a team back to re-clean at no additional cost. No questions asked.

What if something is damaged during cleaning?

We're bonded and insured up to $1 million. If something is damaged during a clean, report it within 24 hours and we'll handle it — repair or replacement, no runaround.

How do I report an issue with my cleaning?
